Here’s something happening in Vancouver that I am super excited about! Exercise, women’s health and Tommy Europe? Sounds like a decent day to me. There’s still time to register for this Saturday’s event.
Bust a Move is a day-long exercise marathon featuring six workout sessions, including Yoga, Hip Hop, Zumba, Tabata, Bollywood and Tommy Europe’s Bootcamp all to support breast cancer research in BC.
On April 13, 2013, Bust a Move benefiting the BC Cancer Foundation will unite hundreds of participants at the Richmond Olympic Oval for a fun-filled, day-long, exercise marathon supporting life-saving breast cancer research taking place at the BC Cancer Agency.
Comprised of six one-hour fitness sessions, Bust a Move is designed for all fitness levels. Join fitness guru and host of TV’s “The Last 10 Pounds Bootcamp” and “Bulging Brides”, Tommy Europe on event day as he takes his drill-sergeant training tactics beyond the gym for breast cancer.
Where: Richmond Olympic Oval 6111 River Road, Richmond, BC
